Getting Ready for Your Appointment
48 HOURS PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT:
-
Avoid blood thinners like alcohol, caffeine (coffee, tea, energy drinks, soda), and pain relievers (Asprin, Ibuprofen). These can cause excess bleeding, which leads to poor pigment retention and more discomfort.
DAY OF APPOINTMENT:
-
Avoid workouts and limit your water intake. This helps prevent thinning blood.
2 WEEKS BEFORE & AFTER APPOINTMENT:
-
Botox in the forehead/eye area.
-
No strong facials (chemicals peels, laser, microdermabrasion).
-
Stop using retinol, Vitamin A, or strong anti-aging serums on the forehead.
1 WEEK BEFORE & AFTER APPOINTMENT:
-
Avoid excessive sun exposure, tanning, and sun beds.
-
Do not use facial oils on your forehead.
FOR OILY SKIN:
-
Gently exfoliate your face a day or two before your appointment to promote better results.

BEFORE YOU COME:
-
Think about your desired brow look (size, thickness, style). Please bring reference photos
