Getting Ready for Your Appointment
To make sure your brows heal beautifully and last as long as possible, here’s how to prepare:
A couple of days before:
• Avoid caffeine, alcohol, aspirin, ibuprofen, niacin, Vitamin E, B6, Omega 3, and evening primrose (unless required by your doctor). These thin the blood and can slow healing.
Skincare & treatments to avoid:
• Stop using Retin-A near the brow area 1 month before and after.
• Pause AHA products near the brows 2 weeks before and after.
• Skip facials, peels, microdermabrasion, or laser treatments for 2 weeks before.
• Wait at least 1 month after facial injections.
• Hold off on brow waxing, tinting, or tanning for 3 days before.
• Complete any laser hair removal at least 2 weeks before your appointment.
Day of your appointment:
• Come feeling your best (you’ll fill out a quick health form).
• Avoid caffeine and exercise that morning.
• Wash your hair beforehand—hot showers aren’t recommended right after your brows are done.
✨ Following these steps gives you the best results and helps your brows heal perfectly!
